Rental Agreement between Danny M. O'Harrow and «FirstName» «LastName»

«LastName» acknowledge receipt of __1__ key(s) to condo #8228, Sandpiper Cove
Condominiums,
A. The rental period is from «Checkin» to «Checkout» for «FirstName» «LastName» and not more than 3 additional guest(s). The total rental amount is «TotalRent». I will not exceed the number of authorized guest. I agree to vacate the condo if I permit more than 4 persons to occupy the condo. I further understand that I will forfeit my deposit and I agree to pay an additional charge of $30.00 per guest for each day an unauthorized guest occupies the condo.
B. I am 25 years old or older. I will be one of the occupants of the condo for the entire rental period stated above. I am responsible for the conduct and actions of all persons I permit to occupy the condo during the rental period. If before, during, or after the rental period stated above, it is determined that I am not 25 years old, I understand the rental agreement is terminated immediately and I and all persons I permit to occupy the condo will vacate the condo immediately. I agree to forfeit my reservation/damage deposit and the total rental amount already paid.
C. I will not check-in to the condo prior to 4:00 P.M. on «Checkin» and I will check out of the condo not later than 10:00 A.M. on «Checkout». I understand that an early or late check-in/out fee of one nights rent will be accessed if I check in to the condo prior to 4:00 P. M. or if I check out of the condo later than 10:00 A.M.
D. I will report any damage to the condo. If I fail to report damage to the condo, I agree to forfeit my reservation/damage deposit. I agree to pay for any damage to the condo caused by me or my guest(s). I understand that damage to the condo will be paid for by applying my damage deposit to the cost of repair. If the cost of repair exceeds the deposit amount of «Deposit», I agree to pay the additional repair cost. If I cancel my reservation within 30 days of my check-in date, I agree to forfeit my deposit.
E. I understand that an additional clean up charge of $25.00 will be charged for any of the following reasons:
1. Failure to clean dirty dishes.
2. Failure to clean the stove and oven.
3. Leaving trash, dirty dishes or food in the condo
F. I understand that smoking and pets are not allowed in the condo. I agree to forfeit my deposit and vacate the condo immediately if I permit pets or smoking on the condo property for any reason.
G. I will not rearrange the condo furniture. If I rearrange the furniture, I agree to pay a furniture replacement charge of $15.00 from my damage deposit.
H. I will return
the condo key(s). I understand a charge of $40.00 will be deducted from
my deposit for any key(s) not returned.
