The kitchen has all appliances and utensils that includes a refrigerator, glass top stove, microwave, dishwasher, and sink with garbage disposal. The kitchen also has all pots, pans, dishes, and other accessories. The dinner table has fold out leaves to accommodate four people plus breakfast bar and stools.

This is a view of the two queen beds. The bed on the left is a futon that is convertible to a queen bed. The futon bed converts to a queen bed by pulling the futon away from the wall then pulling up on the front of the futon so the back of the futon lays flat to form a queen bed. The bed on the right is a queen Murphy bed. The Murphy bed has a regular queen mattress and swings out at night and hides away during the day time. All bed linen for both beds is provided. The condo also has a 32" remote controlled, LCD, High Definition T. V. with cable vision.

The bathroom has an all new vinyl floor. The combination shower and tub is elevated and extra large. All bathroom linen are provided.
