* Please add Florida sales tax of 6% and tourist tax of 4% to the above listed prices. Cleanup fee is INCLUDED in the above rates.

** The above listed SUMMER RATES will be discounted by 10% for one week (7 night) rentals between 8/15 to 9/1.

*** The above listed WINTER RATES based on a minimum rental of 4 nights.


RESTRICTIONS/DEPOSIT INFORMATION

NO PETS. NO SMOKING.

Person renting the condo must be a minimum of 25 years old and occupy the condo during the entire rental period.

Maximum of four people. Four people limited to two adults and two children 12 years old or younger. Otherwise, limited to three adults OR two adults and one child older than 12 years old.

$175 Damage/Reservation Deposit.

30 days required for cancellation or change of reservation or deposit will not be refunded.

Rent is payable in advance. No refund after check in.

Check-In time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00AM.


RENTAL PROCEDURES

Personal check, guaranteed check, or money order payments procedure

STEP 1. Tell the condo owner you want to rent the condo by completing the condo reservation form. The condo owner will email or call you to verify receipt of the reservation form.

STEP 2. The condo owner will place your name in the condo calendar for 5 days while waiting for your reservation/damage deposit.

STEP 3. After receiving your reservation/damage deposit, the condo owner will call or E-Mail you to verify he has received your deposit.

STEP 4. Not later than 30 days prior to check-in, send 50% of the rent due to the condo owner.

STEP 5. After receiving the 50% rental payment, the owner certify mails the condo key, directions to the condo, a short rental agreement, and other information.

STEP 6. Sign the rental agreement and send the agreement and the remaining rental amount to the condo owner not later than 14 days prior to check-in..

STEP 7. After completing your vacation, return the key using the self-addressed envelope.

STEP 8. The condo owner has the condo cleaned, inspected and returns your reservation/damage deposit within 14 days.

PayPal payment procedure

STEP 1. Tell the condo owner you want to rent the condo by completing the condo reservation form. The condo owner will email or call you to verify receipt of the reservation form.

STEP 2. Pay for the condo rental by selecting the number of nights requested at my PayPal page.

STEP 3. After receiving your reservation, PayPal rent and deposit payments, the condo owner will call or E-Mail you to verify he has received your PayPal rent and deposit payment.

STEP 4. The owner certify mails the condo key, directions to the condo, a short rental agreement, and other information.

STEP 5. Sign the rental agreement and send the agreement to the condo owner not later than 14 days prior to check-in..

STEP 6. After completing your vacation, return the key using the self-addressed envelope.

STEP 7. The condo owner has the condo cleaned, inspected and returns your reservation/damage deposit within 14 days.
