Agreement between Danny M. O'Harrow and «First»

I, «First» «Last», agree to the following terms for rental of Danny and Deborah O’Harrow’s chalet located at 262 Little Sugar Lane in Banner Elk, NC 28604:
A. The rental period is from «Checkin» to «Checkout» for «First» «Last» and the following listed authorized guest(s):
«NameFirstGuest» «NameSecondGuest» «NameThirdGuest» «NameFourthGuest» «NameFifthGuest»
B. The total rental amount is $«Total_Amount_Due». I certify that all of the above listed guest(s) are a minimum of 18 years old, (a minimum of 16 years old if accompanied by a parent). I understand that only the above listed authorized guest may occupy the chalet overnight. I and all authorized or unauthorized guest(s) in my party will vacate the chalet if I permit other unlisted guest(s) to occupy the chalet overnight. I further understand that I will forfeit my deposit and I agree to pay an additional charge of $100.00 for each unauthorized guest for each day an unauthorized guest occupies the unit. To ensure all occupants are authorized guest, I authorize the owners, Danny or Deborah O’Harrow, to make unannounced visits to the chalet while my guest(s) or I are awake during reasonable hours to check the identification of all occupants. No visits will be conducted inside the chalet unless at least one member of my party is present at the chalet.
C. I am 25 years old or older. I will be one of the occupants of the chalet for the entire rental period stated above. I am responsible for the conduct and actions of all persons I permit to occupy the chalet during the rental period. If before, during, or after the rental period stated above, it is determined that I am not 25 years old, I understand the rental agreement is terminated immediately and I and all authorized and unauthorized guest(s) I permit to occupy the unit will vacate the chalet immediately. I agree to forfeit my reservation/damage deposit and the total rental amount already paid.
D.
I agree to forfeit my deposit and any rent
already paid if I cancel or change my reservation within 30 days of my check-in
date. I will not check-in to the chalet
prior to
E. I will report any damage to the chalet. If I fail to report damage to the chalet, I agree to forfeit my reservation/damage deposit. I agree to pay for any damage to the chalet caused by me or my guest(s). I understand that damage to the chalet will be paid for by applying my damage deposit to the cost of repair. If the cost of repair exceeds the deposit amount of $«Deposit_Amount», I agree to pay the additional repair cost. To help prevent damage to the chalet, I agree to:
a. Enter and exit the chalet using only the garage doors while wearing or carrying any boots, ski equipment or other large items that could damage the chalet.
b. Store all boots, ski equipment or other large items in the garage.
c. Forfeit my reservation/damage deposit if I fail to comply with a. or b. above.
F. I agree to pay an additional clean up charge of $50.00 if I do not wash dirty dishes or if I leave food in the refrigerator or leave trash, dirty dishes or food in the chalet living area.
G. I understand that smoking and pets are not allowed in the chalet. I agree to forfeit my deposit if I permit pets to enter the chalet or smoking in the chalet for any reason.
H. I will not rearrange the chalet furniture. If I rearrange the furniture, I agree to pay a furniture replacement charge of $25.00 from my damage deposit.
I. I will return the chalet key(s). I understand a charge of $75.00 will be deducted from my deposit for any key(s) not returned.
